What are you most proud of?
I am proud of following my dreams to be a comedian. I decided to enter the entertainment field after I turned 30 and have not looked back. I knew that I was at a disadvantage because I was older and a woman, but I have persevered and continue to learn and accomplish more than I could ever dream.

What do you hope to accomplish in the near future?
Using my comedy to deal with grief is something that I could not have ever fathomed. Having an opportunity to have a special on Comedy Central or Netflix would not be so bad either!
What has been your biggest challenge and how did you overcome it?
My biggest challenge has been dealing with the loss of my significant other. I cannot say that I have “overcome” it per se, but I am proud to say that I am working through it and finding ways to make life more manageable. I believe that being a comedian has allowed me to deal with this loss in a unique way.

The pandemic and my personal loss have reinforced that tomorrow is not promised. We are all living on “borrowed time” and I want to make the most of what time is left
What advice do you have for women going through challenges?
If life knocks you down, you do not have to stay there!
“Women are the most powerful species in the world.”
Why is woman to woman empowerment important to you?
Women are the most powerful species in the world. We are the backbone of humanity. Despite this, we have been underrepresented, undervalued, and underestimated. It is important for me to help women to recognize their power and find their strength within
